Riga Management College (RMK), in cooperation with RNU and SIVA College, invites students to participate in the simulation game “Inclusive Environment and Accessibility in Future Professional Practice”, taking place on 11 November 2026 at SIVA College in Jūrmala.
How can we create an environment where everyone, regardless of their individual needs and abilities, feels welcome, can act independently, and can fully participate in everyday and professional life?
Students will explore this question through a collaborative, practical, and interactive simulation game designed to raise awareness of inclusive environments and the importance of accessibility solutions across different professional fields.
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to explore a specially adapted apartment, share experiences, analyse accessibility challenges, and work in teams to develop practical solutions that could be applied in their future professional careers.
The simulation game will also provide an excellent opportunity to collaborate with students from other higher education institutions, exchange ideas, and develop creative thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
At the end of the event, teams will present their projects, and the best ideas will receive awards.
