Riga Management College is a co-organiser of the 3rd Annual Student Interdisciplinary Research Conference “The Role of Innovation in Management and Digitalisation” and invites students to apply for participation. The conference is organised by Riga Nordic University in cooperation with the Social Integration State Agency and Riga Management College.
The conference will take place on 17 December 2026 at 11:00 at Riga Nordic University, Riga, Latvia.
The conference provides students with a platform to present their research, course projects, case studies and innovative ideas, receive feedback, and strengthen their academic and professional skills.
Thematic tracks
Submissions are invited in, but are not limited to, the following thematic tracks:
- Digital Business & Innovation;
- Information Systems, Computer Science & Cybersecurity;
- Tourism, Hospitality & Service Industry Studies;
- Management, Leadership & Organisational Studies;
- Interdisciplinary & Societal Challenges;
- The Role of Innovation in Management and Digitalisation;
- Psychology, Human Behaviour & Digital Mental Health.
